1. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to LFSA Digital's SMS program, you agree to the following:

You consent to receive recurring SMS messages from LFSA Digital, including marketing updates, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service notifications.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

SMS opt-in consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Service Description

LFSA Digital ("we," "us," "our") provides AI automation, voice agents, workflow automation, chatbots, and custom software solutions. We also operate LFSA Content Manager, a content management tool for scheduling and publishing social media content.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any LFSA Digital service, including our website, SMS program, or software tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

4. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when signing up for any service, including your name and phone number.
You must have the right and authority to use any phone number or account you provide.
You are responsible for all content you create, schedule, or publish through our tools.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any connected third-party platforms.
You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through our services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only access your content as necessary to provide the requested service.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Twilio, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of any third-party platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LFSA DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may stop using our services at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
